Service & Maintenance Contract

At ILS, we understand that internal maintenance teams are often stretched. To reduce this pressure and help maximise MTBR (Mean Time Between Repair), we offer annual Preventative Maintenance Contracts (PMC).

Our PMCs provide year-round coverage for your systems and include a series of pre‑planned site visits. During these visits, our engineers will inspect, clean, recalibrate, test functionality, and replace any worn or damaged components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

As an added benefit, customers with an active PMC receive preferential rates on spare parts, breakdown call‑outs, workshop repairs, and training sessions for the duration of the contract.
