The Evolabel applicator range available from ILS covers a variety of application methods, each suited to specific labelling requirements. Applicators are available in clockwise and anticlockwise configurations to provide greater flexibility when integrating into existing production lines.
eTamp Applicator
Applies labels using a controlled tamp pad movement, allowing accurate placement on products at varying heights. It supports precise application while maintaining operator safety.
QuickTamp Applicator
Designed for high-speed labelling on fast moving production lines. It automatically adjusts to changes in product height, making it suitable for environments where pack sizes vary.
QuickTamp Airless Applicator
Airless tamp applicator for accurate labelling of variable height boxes, suitable for environments where compressed air is unavailable, limited, or being removed.
FlexWipe Applicator
Uses a flexible wiping pad to apply labels to uneven or textured surfaces. Allows consistent contact across non-uniform products where standard applicators may struggle.
BlowVac Applicator
Uses a combination of vacuum hold and air pressure to apply labels without direct contact. Supports accurate application on surfaces where contact-based methods are unsuitable.
G2 Wipe Applicator

Wipe90 Applicator
Features a rotating arm that allows labels to be applied at a 90 degree angle. Suitable for applying wide or short labels across two sides of a box.
Belt Applicator
Uses a continuous belt to apply labels as products pass through the system. Supports automated labelling where products are conveyed at a constant speed.
Tamp Applicator
Applies labels using a tamp pad to press the label onto the product surface. Suitable for a wide range of product shapes and sizes where controlled placement is required.
