We’re delighted to share that ILS will be exhibiting at this year’s PPMA Total Show 2025, from 23rd – 25th September at NEC, Birmingham.
PPMA Total Show is the UK’s biggest processing and packaging machinery exhibition. This year’s show is set to be a fantastic event, with industry innovations being showcased, demonstrations of processing and packaging machinery, seminars on topics such as sustainability and smart manufacturing, and ample opportunities for networking.
FlexWipe system demonstrations
At this year’s PPMA Total Show we will be giving visitors a first-hand look at the FlexWipe pallet labelling system, with live demonstrations on our stand throughout the show (Stand E92).
Engineered for precision, safety, and adaptability, and designed for seamless integration into existing lines, FlexWipe is a high-speed pallet labelling solution. Its flexible applicator arm guarantees consistent label placement even on variable load surfaces, making it an ideal solution for fast-paced production and distribution settings. FlexWipe also boasts a unique built-in camera-based scanner, which can perform real-time validation scans of printed barcodes – ensuring compliance, traceability, and operational efficiency.
Cold store labelling range
At PPMA Total Show, we will also be looking ahead to the launch of our full cold store labelling range, which positions ILS at the forefront of cold chain logistics and warehouse automation. Built to operate reliably in conditions as low as -30°C, the new range has been developed specifically for the demands of frozen and chilled environments. At PPMA we’ll be showcasing this range of cold store systems, which are proven performers in sub-zero temperatures, ensuring accurate, frost-resistant labelling where traditional equipment often fails.
