On the T43 Printer, the thermal Ribbon roll is as easy to replace as the label roll, cleaning the print head is also quick and easy – As with all Evolabel printers the print head opens widely and the applicator is automatically folded away. The print heads as with all Evolabel printers is simple to remove without the use of tools from its magnetic holder and the power is also automatically disconnected so no need to turn of the machine. The thermal transfer technology is commonly used in applications where the labeled product has long life time, is stored long time or exposed to tough handling. Examples are pharmaceutical applications, car industry and other non-food production. With the Evolabel T43 you are secured an excellent readability of the barcodes also after long.
No adjustments
The solid aluminium chassis is machined as one piece for perfect alignment of label and transfer rollers, print head etc. This eliminates the need for any mechanical adjustments and secure high quality printing over time.

Accessories
1. Touch screen – From the 7” to 15″ touch screen options, the operator can easily change products and settings.
2. Status beacon – The status tower provides an easy way to monitor the machine status from a distance.
3. Control Panel – From the Control panel the operator can easily stop, reset and start the printer.
4. Trigger sensor – Evolabel offers a reflecting PNP trigger sensor from SICK, which fits most applications. The machine can interface to any 24V PNP trigger from other suppliers.
5. Mounting kit – This is the standard robust stainless steel mounting kit from Evolabel. It will fit most applications. It is intended to be used with the pillar stand (6).
6. Pillar stand – This pillar stand of anodized aluminium can either be mounted directly on the floor or onto the stand foot (7). The pillar stand is also available with motorized height adjustment.
7. Stand foot – The stand foot is a robust powder coated aluminium foot with wheels and adjustable machine feet covered with rubber for good positional stability.
