Direct Thermal Printing for Automated Labelling
Stroke lengths can be configured from 150mm up to 750mm, allowing labels to be applied at a distance where products cannot be positioned close to the applicator.
The required stroke length is set through the printer’s graphical user interface and can change automatically when switching between product types.
Stepper motor control replaces pneumatics, enabling precise yet flexible configuration and safer operation.
If resistance is detected during application, the applicator automatically returns to its home position.
Handles labels from 30×20mm up to 178×140mm, supporting a range of case and pallet labelling requirements.
When the print head is opened, the attached applicator moves away automatically, providing clear access for media changes and cleaning.
