Die Cut Self-adhesive Labels
Die cut self-adhesive labels produced to order from quality materials, suitable for use within print and apply labelling systems and common makes of label printer.
Labels are available in sizes up to A3 (296 × 420 mm) in thermal transfer (TT) or direct thermal (DT), with roll diameters specified to suit in-line systems.
Label rolls can be matched to the thermal ribbon at a 1:1 ratio, allowing one-for-one media changeover and helping reduce downtime during production. Glassine liner and PET liner options are available, including PET liner with zero landfill.
Thermal Transfer Ribbons
UK manufactured thermal transfer ribbons supplied for use with ILS labelling machines and desktop label printers. Ribbons are available from enhanced wax through to full resin, in formats suitable for most makes of thermal printer.
All ribbons include a protective back-coat to reduce print head contamination and support consistent print quality, including barcode printing.
Common black ribbon sizes such as 83 × 450m, 110 × 450m and 160 × 450m are held in stock for next working day delivery.
