Contactless Label Application Using Air And Vacuum Control
- Air and vacuum-based transfer: Labels are held securely using vacuum and released using controlled air flow, allowing accurate placement without mechanical contact.
- No moving application arms: Label application is achieved without mechanical movement, supporting safety-focused installations and reducing the need for additional guarding.
- Distance-based application: Labels can be applied accurately from up to 200mm away, providing flexibility in line layout and access around the labelling area.
- Large label handling: Supports label sizes up to 200×100mm when paired with the T63 printer, or up to 100×200mm when used with the D43 or T43 printers.
- Controlled throughput: Typical output is approximately 40 labels per minute when applying 100mm labels.
